How do I know if I’m eligible?

Can you help if I’ve already reported the accident to my insurer?

What information will you need from me?
We’ll usually need details about what happened, information about your vehicle and any details you have about the other vehicle or driver. If you’ve already received information relating to the claim, it’s useful to have that available too.

Britannia can arrange replacement cars, vans, taxis and motorcycles for eligible drivers, depending on the vehicle you’ve been left without and the circumstances of your claim.
Can you provide replacement vans for business use?
Yes, we support commercial and business drivers following non-fault accidents and can arrange suitable replacement vans where the claim is eligible.
Can you provide replacement taxis?
We support taxi and private hire drivers and can help arrange suitable replacement vehicles, including plated vehicles where appropriate and available.
Do you provide replacement motorcycles?
Yes. We can assist eligible motorcyclists with suitable replacement motorcycles following a non-fault accident.
Can my replacement vehicle be delivered?
Depending on the circumstances and location, we can help arrange delivery and collection of your replacement vehicle at a convenient location.
What happens to my damaged vehicle?

What if my vehicle isn’t safe to drive?

Can you arrange both recovery and a replacement vehicle?
Depending on your circumstances, we can help coordinate recovery of your damaged vehicle while also arranging a suitable replacement vehicle to help keep you mobile.
What if my vehicle is written off?
If your vehicle is considered a total loss, speak to our claims team. We can explain how we may be able to assist while the claim is being dealt with.
