We can manage the practical side of your vehicle repair, from collecting the damaged vehicle and arranging a suitable replacement to returning your own vehicle once the work has been completed.

Vehicle inspection & repair

We’ll arrange for your vehicle to be inspected and placed with an approved repairer equipped to carry out the necessary accident repairs.

Collection & replacement vehicle

We can collect your damaged vehicle and arrange a suitable like-for-like replacement to keep you mobile while repairs are carried out.

Repaired vehicle returned

Once the work has been completed, we can arrange the return of your repaired vehicle and collection of the replacement.

No insurance excess or hidden expenses. For an eligible non-fault claim, the repair costs are recovered from the responsible insurer and the repairer is paid directly.
