Non Fault Accident & Charges

Our charges are deferred on a credit basis and are presented to the fault party’s insurance company. This means you don’t pay a penny towards any of our services provided to you. Our charges are met by the fault party’s insurance companies after a non fault accident.

By law, you are ultimately liable for credit hire, storage & recovery charges. However, the charges are paid for by the fault party’s insurance company. In the event, BVR are unable to recover our charges. We would like to reassure all clients that at our discretion, you do not have to pay the charges. (Providing you have been truthful and co-operative throughout the claim).
We want to minimise disruption after a non fault accident unlike other credit hire companies. Our self paid insurance policy insures you against the risk of any charges. This policy iss available to our clients and will be provided at the outset of the claim to avoid any possible misunderstanding.

Further more, there are no hidden charges or deductions and to further reassure you of our commitment to providing a risk-free service, we retain the right to waive any unpaid balance ensuring a risk free credit hire and repair service for all our clients. Thus, at no point would you be required to make any payments.
